Rotatrix is operated by Icebound Flame LLC. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit rotatrix.com.

What we collect

When you sign up for early access or updates, we collect your email address and any information you voluntarily provide in the form. Subscriber records and email delivery are handled by EmailOctopus.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may collect standard server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) as part of providing the hosting service.

How we use it

We use your email to send you product updates, early access information, and occasional announcements about Rotatrix. That's it.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your personal information. Aside from the analytics and advertising measurement services described below, we don't share your information with third parties.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4), Microsoft Clarity, PostHog, and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use the site.

GA4 may set first-party cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. Microsoft Clarity records anonymized session replays and heatmaps to help us improve the site experience. It may use cookies for session tracking. PostHog is a product-analytics service that captures page views, clicks, form interactions, and (if you've subscribed) your email address as an identifier so we can understand how people discover and use the site. Form inputs are masked in session replays. PostHog sets first-party cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is privacy-first, collects no personal data, and uses no cookies.

Advertising and conversion tracking

If you arrive at the site via a Google Ads link, we store Google's click identifier (gclid) and any UTM campaign parameters in first-party cookies. These cookies expire after 90 days and are used solely to measure whether an ad click led to a purchase — they are not used for behavioral advertising or shared with third parties.

When you complete a purchase through Stripe, you may be redirected to a confirmation page on our site where a conversion event is sent to Google Ads using the stored click identifier. This allows us to measure ad effectiveness. No purchase details beyond the fact that a conversion occurred are shared with Google.

We also use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of ads we run on Facebook and Instagram. The pixel loads from Meta and sends page view and conversion events to Meta, which may use cookies and device identifiers to match those events to a Meta account. You can control how Meta uses this data in your Facebook ad preferences, or block the pixel entirely with a tracker-blocking browser or extension.

Your rights

You can request to see, update, or delete any personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing privacy@rotatrix.com.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll post the revised version here with a new effective date.
